Paid packs are digital templates delivered immediately. You can request a refund within 14 days for any reason. If your scan found zero flags of any kind (including upcoding warnings), the purchase is refunded automatically.

You are responsible for reviewing all documents before sending. Liability is limited to the amount you paid. Use of the service means you accept these terms.
